Work Environment

Globe Runner has three to four company retreats each year. Each retreat is 2 to 3 nights long and in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. Position Overview & Responsibilities

Reporting to the Manager of Data & Reporting, the Operations Assistant provides project and systems support to the essential workflows that help us source, match, and place SEO Career program applicants and participants. Duties include, but are not limited to:
• Populating and updating data in our ThriveTRM database ensuring accuracy and thoroughness of this new data set
• Creating searches, running the SmartMatch model, moving applicants to candidates, and closing searches.
• Leveraging job descriptions and company feedback to create searches on the ThriveTRM portal
• Resolving student and partner inquiries regarding access to/functioning of the ThriveTRM portal
• Track usage and access data for the ThriveTRM portal
• Assist in the creation of and maintenance of TimeTrade scheduling data
• One-off administrative tasks related to data, operations, and systems (including Blackboard LMS and TimeTrade)
• Liaising with MarComms to support the Career Recruitment team to promote opportunities and events for students
• Providing shared inbox coverage and responding to student inquiries as needed

Other duties in support of the SEO Career programs and SEO’s overall mission to be assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Experience working within a professional environment; relevant internship experience applies
• Strong organizational skills; must be comfortable managing multiple competing priorities and meeting deadlines independently and as part of a larger team
• Working knowledge of MS365 (Word, Excel, Outlook) is required; must have intermediate Excel skills. Direct experience with ATS, CRM, or other databases strongly preferred.
• High attention to detail, especially related to data collection and management
• Practiced written, verbal, and interpersonal communications skills; must be comfortable addressing and engaging with different communities at various levels and through different mediums, including in-person, email, messaging platforms, and phone calls
• A deep curiosity and passion for closing the opportunity gap for underserved and underrepresented communities is non-negotiable

The Director Integrated SEO and SEM Manager will partner closely with cross-functional business leaders within the organization to drive TIAA and Nuveen’s overall search strategy, bringing together both SEO and SEM.
